Went to get a brand new VW Tiguan R in Dolphin Grey, would not hesitate going in again for my next car. Elias was a pleasure to deal with. They were attentive and the customer service was excellent. I would not hesitate coming back to get my next car protection from Detail Lab again.I ended up getting the Graphene ceramic coating full car including wheels / full front PPF / Interior protection.Its early days but I'm hoping for trouble free paint for many years to come thanks to the protection done by Detail Lab.
This place is definitely worth it if you are looking for the best detail for your car in Sydney.After searching on the net for a paint correction company with credibility, I took the plunge and went with Detail Lab.Black metallic paint isn't the easiest paint to correct and make look remarkable. Elias assured me that he could do it the job, and looking at the other vehicles in the stable, I was confident that I was in the right place and that he could. Whilst others may offer cheaper prices, its not worth it folks. After two days my car was back at home looking fantastic and way better than new. Its that great that I don't want to take it out on the road and show the world and not have it looking perfect all the time. If you have doubts, let them go, the boys working there know their stuff on paint correction. Great service and an awesome result.I took my brand new car to Detail Lab after researching a number of detainees which provide ceramic coating services.Elias was professional and detailed how ceramic coating and protection film work which helped me make an informed decision on how to protect my car.In the end I opted for protection pack 3 as well as window tinting to keep the interior cool in summer and protection film on high scratch risk areas.The results were stunning and the car looks amazing.The price I paid for everything was competitive and worth the end result - I can’t help smiling every time I look at my car and I regularly get compliments on the paint and gloss.
I did a lot of research and called several other businesses before choosing Detail Lab. From the start Elias was competent in his knowledge, patient in answering my questions, and displaying a pride in his work that I was looking for. I found the whole experience perfect, from his manner, to the job he has done on my car, not to mention the quality of his workshop. I picked it up today and I am ecstatic about the finished product.
